FC Groningen extends Tygo Land loan and signs Pelle Clement and Rijk Janse

FC Groningen extends Tygo Land loan from PSV. The 20-year-old midfielder also played on loan for FC Groningen last season.

What happened?

Tygo Land played little at the start for FC Groningen, but conquered a starting position in the course of the season. The midfielder played in the youth academy of Heerenveen and then moved to PSV.

Who are the new signings?

Pelle Clement and Rijk Janse are the new signings of FC Groningen. Clement was trained at Ajax and then played for Reading, PEC Zwolle, RKC Waalwijk and the last three seasons for Sparta. Janse is the brother of Dies Janse, who was loaned by FC Groningen from Ajax last season.

What comes next?

Soccernews reports that striker Romano Postema is going to Viking FK, the leader in Norway. At Viking FK, former FC Groningen player Erik Nevland is technical director. Postema was loaned to FC Emmen last season and crowned himself top scorer in the first division.
